A community for the leadership development industry’s leading practitioners, experts, and trailblazers.

What is the Leadership Multipliers community?

Whether we work within an organization to develop leaders or with organizations and leaders as our clients, we’re striving for the same thing. We have a shared vision for the future and we need each other to be successful. Yet, many of us feel alone in our ambitions and struggle to understand what our counterpart clients or providers are dealing with.

The Leadership Multipliers community was founded on the belief that we’ll accomplish more if we come together.

Leadership Multipliers is presently an invite-only community, exclusively for established leadership development professionals, including:

  • Internal-facing leadership development professionals (e.g. - Heads of Leadership Development, Heads of Talent, CPOs, Leadership Development Directors/Managers)

  • Leadership development providers (e.g. - coaches, consultants, facilitators)

  • People specializing in leadership-related technology platforms

Why do people join this community?

To learn.

To exchange ideas and perspectives.

To collaborate.

To feel part of something bigger than themselves.

To find providers.

To find partners.

To gather feedback.

To share resources.

To be a better leader.

To grow the leadership development industry.

Are you a Leadership Multiplier?

If you’ve gotten this far, there’s a good chance you might be…

    • Leadership is more than just a title.

    • The world needs better leaders.

    • Being a better human can help one become a better leader.

    • Develop people into better leaders.

    • Make the world a better place.

    • Bring people closer together.

    • Empower others to be the best version of themselves.

    • Help people feel seen and heard.

    • Help leaders to see and hear others.

    • Maximize people’s individual and collective positive impact.

    • Achieves incredible business results without sacrificing people along the way.

    • Perpetually heightens their self-awareness while refining their self-regulation.

    • Does the inner work to maximize their outer impact.

    • Thoughtfully responds under pressure instead of reacting.

    • Considers perspectives from people who are different from them.

    • Believes there is more than one way to achieve an outcome.

    • Doesn’t always have to be the one with the answer.

    • Engages in meaningful and courageous conversations.

    • Makes space for the thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences of others.

What can you expect in the Leadership Multipliers community?

For Leadership Multipliers to thrive as a community, your participation involves being in service of both you and your peers. We co-create our shared experience based what we need from one another. Whether it’s gaining access to resources, bringing hearts and minds together to solve leadership challenges, or simply holding space for each other, we embrace an abundance mindset to benefit the collective good.

Rules of Engagement

The best thriving communities operate under defined rules and guidelines. These are in place to help us make the most of our membership while maintaining respect for our fellow members.

Abundance mindset

Share and give, even without something in return. Pay it forward. Believe there is enough work to go around and that we’ll all be better off if we support each other.

Show up

If you’re part of our Leadership Multipliers community, engaging with your fellow members shouldn’t be an afterthought. Now, we all have other commitments - we get it. Just don’t fully disappear on us for too long.

Keep it confidential

The stuff that happens in here should stay here. Don’t share other people’s business. It’s their business, not yours.

Pitch only when requested

If you’re an external Leadership Multiplier (aka provider), you may only pitch your services, offerings, or products to an internal Leadership Multiplier (e.g. - Chief People Officer) if they’ve requested you do so. This helps us all be fully present without worrying about “being sold to”.

Be kind, respect everyone

This should go without saying, especially with this group. But we’re saying it anyway because it’s important. You don’t have to agree with everyone, but you do need to show them respect.

NOTE: Rules of Engagement may continue to be updated as needed to be in best service of the community.
